This customer is a leading domestic automotive seat system supplier, providing supporting parts for multiple mainstream automakers. Previously, its seat rail stamping process relied mainly on manual loading and unloading, which was inefficient and posed safety risks. After multiple rounds of technical verification and prototype testing, Qigong Intelligence's single-bar transfer robot stood out due to its compact structure, easy installation, and low maintenance costs.
The single-bar transfer robot adopts modular design, allowing rapid integration into existing press lines without extensive equipment modification. Meanwhile, its high-rigidity structure and precise positioning capabilities ensure the stability and consistency of workpiece handling. This order will be delivered in batches, with the first batch of 60 units expected to enter production in the second quarter of 2026.
