Qigong Intelligence recently officially launched its all-new generation of standalone press robots. This product adopts a highly integrated design, reducing the overall volume by 20% compared to the previous generation and shortening on-site installation time to 4 hours. It is particularly suitable for small presses and automation upgrades of old equipment, having completed trials in several home appliance enterprises with excellent feedback.
Traditional press automation upgrades often face pain points such as insufficient space, long installation cycles, and complex commissioning. Qigong Intelligence's R&D team optimized the mechanical structure and streamlined the electrical control system, enabling the new generation of standalone press robots to occupy only 1.2 square meters. This supports rapid addition to a single press without altering the existing production line layout.
"We equipped this product with a plug-and-play controller; customers only need to provide power and pneumatic sources to complete installation and basic commissioning within half a day," introduced the product manager. Meanwhile, the robot supports linkage with press safety modules and reserves MES interfaces, providing expansion possibilities for subsequent digital management.
In terms of performance, the new generation products cover a load capacity of 5kg-20kg and a repeatability accuracy of ±0.1mm, meeting various conditions such as loading/unloading, handling, and stacking for small-to-medium parts stamping. Additionally, its lightweight design reduces energy consumption by approximately 15% compared to traditional products, aligning with green manufacturing trends.
Currently, this series of products has entered the trial operation stage in several home appliance enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions. A company producing air conditioner compressor casings reported: "After using the standalone press robot, single-shift output increased from 800 pieces to 1,100 pieces, while reducing three operators. The investment return period is expected to be less than one year."
Qigong Intelligence plans to achieve large-scale production of the next-generation standalone press robot in the third quarter of 2026 and launch more customized models for specific scenarios, further expanding the market space for lightweight and flexible automation.
