Single-Robot Multi-Station System
Efficient · Flexible · Intelligent Interconnection, optimal solution for multi-process press lines
Multi-Station Press Robot
Servo-driven, with a hanging arm and main bar achieving synchronized multi-station transfer, equal distances between gripping arms and stations, completing multi-process handling in one cycle, significantly enhancing automation efficiency.
Product Details
The single-bar multi-station stamping transfer robot adopts servo drive, with the arm suspended and working with the main Bar to achieve workpiece transfer between stations. The distance between each gripping arm and the station spacing are equal; the gripping arms can synchronously translate along the X-axis of the dual main Bars by one station pitch, moving the workpiece from one station to the next, thereby improving automation levels.
Line function description: The front end of the line can use sheet metal or 3-in-1 feeder; robot gripping uses vacuum suction cups or electromagnets; each arm is equipped with sensors for automatic shutdown and alarm upon material depletion; signal lines and pneumatic circuits are arranged along floor-mounted cable trays for safety and neatness; non-standard customization available based on customer products.
