3-Axis Multi-Station Press Robot
Continuous stroke · Efficient transfer · Optimal choice for smart manufacturing upgrades
3-Axis Multi-Station Press Robot
A multi-station stamping production line integrates presses, multi-station molds, quick mold change systems, loading systems, feeding systems, electrical control, and network control systems. With continuous press operation and synchronized transfer by multi-station robots, it replaces single-machine single-action work methods, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing comprehensive costs.
Product Details
A multi-station stamping production line integrates presses, multi-station molds, quick mold change systems, loading systems, feeding systems, electrical control, and network control systems. Its major characteristic compared to single-machine or multi-machine linked production is: after a press completes one stroke, it does not need to stop at the top dead center waiting for the transfer robot to move between stations; instead, the press works continuously while the multi-station robot transfers workpieces between stations. This continuous stroke operation replaces single-machine single-stroke working methods, improving production efficiency, reducing equipment failure rates, decreasing the number of operators and floor space required, and helping to lower the comprehensive cost of stamped parts.
