3-in-1 Feeder

The 3-in-1 feeder integrates a material rack, leveler, and feeder, significantly saving floor space. A fully automatic pulling device specially designed for thick and wide sheets greatly reduces worker workload. The presser arm ensures materials remain compact and not loose; the hydraulic expansion system facilitates material loading; and the disc brake ensures more stable stopping of the material rack. The leveling and feeding functions are located on the same platform, driven by a single high-power servo motor. This increases the raw material clamping coefficient, reduces slippage probability, enables finer feeding, and allows the machine height to be adjusted up and down to match different mold heights.

optional features: Hydraulic trolley (convenient for loading), hydraulic shear (for cutting deformed material heads and tails), hinged function (facilitating cleaning of foreign objects inside the roller), tail material feeder (suitable for gantry press machines, improving material utilization rate).
