Truss Robot Series
Three-axis servo drive · High rigidity track · Flexible cross-station transfer · Stable and efficient
Truss Robot Series
Adopting three-axis servo drive, the robot hangs on the crossbar of the X-axis rail to transfer workpieces between stations. The distance between gripping arms and station spacing can be within the effective stroke range of the machine. This effectively reduces requirements for press position accuracy and mold design, lowering production costs and increasing automation levels.
Product Details
The three-axis gantry transfer robot uses three-axis servo drive, with the press robot suspended on the crossbeam of the X-axis rail to transfer workpieces between stations. The distance between gripping arms and station spacing can be adjusted within the effective stroke of the machine. This effectively reduces requirements for press position accuracy and mold design, minimizes mold modifications, lowers product introduction difficulty, reduces production costs, and improves automation levels.
Line function description:
The left end of the line supplies coil material; the right end supplies sheet material. The press robot uses vacuum suction cups for workpiece handling. Each arm of the press robot is equipped with a vacuum generator. During normal production, if any arm fails to grasp the sheet and the vacuum generator does not produce vacuum, the equipment will stop running and alarm. The main body of the press robot is suspended on the crossbeam of the X-axis rail. During line installation, signal lines and pneumatic circuits are routed according to floor cable trays. The line is evaluated based on the products provided by the customer.
