Servo multi-axis tapping machine

The servo multi-axis tapping machine adopts a dual-servo drive structure, with arms suspended and perfectly coordinated with the main bar to stably transfer workpieces between stations. The distance between each gripping arm equals the station spacing; the gripping arms can synchronously translate along the X-direction of the dual main bars by one station pitch, achieving seamless transition of workpieces from one station to the next. The equipment supports various specifications of multi-axis tapping heads, adapting to tapping requirements within the M1.4-M5 range. With spindle speeds up to 2000 rpm, it ensures high-precision and high-efficiency tapping results. The entire machine uses centralized PLC and HMI control, with flexible parameter settings to meet different workpiece processing needs.

The equipment features an extra-large tapping range (maximum 1300x1800mm), with the multi-axis unit supporting up to 248 output axes. The minimum special small hole pitch can be as low as 8mm, widely applicable to precision tapping processes in 3C electronics, home appliance panels, automotive parts, and new energy battery trays. With a compact structure and high rigidity, it can be optionally equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanisms to easily integrate into automation production lines.
